The Pipe Band Members | Contesting | Uniforms | Band History Jonathon Hodson Who served his time as a Piper in Southern City before departing for University to study Land Surveying, is also back on the practice chanter, with his sights on Edinburgh in 2004. Johnathon is another Piper with roots in the early history of the Band as one of his family, D. Ballintyne also played in the early 1900's. A nephew of our Pipe Major, Johnathon should have no trouble working his way into the front rank.
