10th Anniversary
This year's 10th Pipin' Hot Show by the City of Invercargill Caledonian Pipe Band aims to celebrate the music and talent from previous shows. The show this year will be staged in the Civic Theatre, Invercargill on 4th, 5th & 6th August.
The show is directed by Jan Brown and musical directors are Greg Lindsay and Craig Allott.
We are once again welcoming back our backing band, Craig Allott, Cheryl Anderson, Belinda Anderson, Leon McElhinney and Scott Calvert.
We are also welcoming back special guest artists, Southland's own Shannon Cooper-Garland and Simon Green from Queenstown.
Phil Edlin returns as Stage Manager, with lighting under the control of Peter Thwaites.
This year's set construction is the work of Dave Lankshear, Roy Barlow and Malcolm McDonald.
The choreography has been designed by Jan Brown, with the dancer choreography being designed by Rachel Lankshear and Hannah McDairmid.
Piper Kerryn Johnstone has organised publicity and programmes. Trudi McMillan has provided administrative and secretarial skills for the Pipin' Hot Management Team.
The Pipe Band is under the leadership of Pipe Major Neil McMillan and Drum Major Maurice Lindsay, who once again is production manager.
The Pipe Corp for this year's show is Allan McKenzie, Greg Lindsay, Kerryn Johnstone, Mervyn Gunn, Royden Brown, Neil McMillan Snr, Bryan Johnstone, Ian Braithwaite, Trevor Morton, Sarah Ballantine, Luke Tetlow, Emma Wallace.
Drummers are John Lilley, Faye Brown, Megan Hutchby, Jordan Lilley and Andrae Peipi.
